Oh please ask also when can get black white spa n legal loan fees waived? No any written material indicate it.
Later when want to sign spa only found out need to pay this n that ... wasting time lor

The block E sales not so good compared to J n H
Block E still got units n not sold out .

Wondering how can they sell block N.
And more people start to drop units now

gomen always only build lrt/mrt but not enough carpark....looking for one is damn difficult
like this how to encourage ppl to use public transport

actually with enough public carpark at ekocheras is a very good point but just dont know what is the rate of car park yawn.gif

if the rate too expensive then this place no cars will come in LOL

Only 4 stations to cochrane mrt. Where IKEA n velocity is there .. very convenient I think .
If average 5mins per station .. only 20mins reach already

Loan drop out my foot la .. bullshit
Now all.bank still in process so fast reject

Those units could b internal one n now start to worry n drop out one by one .

No one willing to pay their stupid premium

Already told ya before budget sure got drop out n before spa even more .. just wait and see how long can they hold ... telan.too much can easily choked to death lol..

In this case, better go n ask see got any more those so called "loan reject " or not
