Is it worth to take an extra car park for my studio?? Thought 1 car park should have enought for studio? If I bought extra car park, loan installment will be more and rental is about the same as those with car park, so this endup not a good investment?

May be my loan amount is under 500K and not their premier customre so I only got this rate. I heard CIMB offered BLR-2.45% before.

And I also doubt if the piece of land is under freehold or leasehold land? My guess is leasehold as I was surprised to see Ekocheras is Freehold. I always thought all the cheras land is leasehold.
