The previous Cheras Auto City now partially vacated facing leisure mall

The plus point should be the future MRT station and the established Leisure Mall and the mature Taman Segar commercial area. Tesco just across the highway

762sqft (K.Cabinet, Air Con freebies) x 618psf (2nd floor) = 470K+ (NO DIBS) .. every floor up add 2~3K

Want DIBS option also can, increase price roughly 7.6% (and, it should be pay first claim later type)

High density + Building design & facing really so-so.

Is the price steep?

could be 2% discount, could be 0%, yet to be decided; be prepared for min 618psf (2nd floor).

yeah, personally, I feel quite steep also, the building design (2 SOHO Towers) makes 3 facing half-dead, only the KLCC view slightly better (with lesser block)
