The previous Cheras Auto City now partially vacated facing leisure mall
The plus point should be the future MRT station and the established Leisure Mall and the mature Taman Segar commercial area. Tesco just across the highway |

Want DIBS option also can, increase price roughly 7.6% (and, it should be pay first claim later type) High density + Building design & facing really so-so. Is the price steep? |
