Are they launching the SOHO or serviced apartment first?
No activities at site seen? What is that earthwork that someone is doing beside the Petron petrol station? |

On a more serious note, this project seems promising and am kinda interested. Much would depend on their finalised psf pricing, unit size as well as how true is the rumoured 1800 units density.

wonder the MRT 1 can complete or not..with the news of credit rating downgrade to Negative...means need to issue bond by paying higher interest...huge impact if MRT 1 delayed..but this project alredy price in the MRT...?
