Since it's international warranty, I think doesn't matter much when you buy. Unless Asus gives a price lower than those seller bringing in from other country which is unlikely

if u read again & again, you will notice it only mentions that the 8gb model would only have problems if the device is left with 500mb & less

My nett space left is only 2.5 GB - do not see any slow down in performance yet. I am on custom rom CNA build 12 sep

Many waiting for 3G version. There is still no word form Google. Not even rumour of a leak version. I guess its not going to happen just yet. N7 still not available in many countries and thats a huge market even for just wifi device.

The ones that already bought are happily using the most fluid android device.

Life is short. When a device this sweet out, just buy n use, at this price what more can u ask for?

I don't want to spend my youth always waiting for the next device.
I'm confident this nexus 7 will last me at least 3 years. :-)
