sygic drains battery during standby. remember to force close it after use.
with proper tweaking, mine only drop 1%.
*
how's that possible?
I got to sleep at 12am, wake up at 6am and my battery from 100% drop till 90% rclxub.gif

Wah 5m is really exaggerating.  sweat.gif

I had the 5meter extension cable for use with my printer last time, I just tried it to see if it could be used to charge phones fine.. laugh.gif
Currently i'm only using a 1.5meter extension cable, already overkill for me rclxub.gif

Hey guys, just wanted to give an update on my application of the Spigen SGP FlexHD biggrin.gif

On the day of application, it had alot of bubbles which were really hard to push out
but i managed to push it out using my thumb a few hours later tongue.gif

10 MINUTES AFTER APPLY
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

I put back the battery in and turned it back on after an hour.
Left the phone on the table and went to school the next morning.

I came back in the evening around 7pm, It looked ALOT better biggrin.gif

HOW IT LOOKS LIKE RIGHT NOW (Approx 23hours since apply)
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

If you can see it, there's still a tiny bump there but I think it's a small speck of dust that managed to enter somehow doh.gif
It's probably my fault for that rclxub.gif

Overall,

THE BAD
1. NOT EASY TO APPLY, have to handle with care.
2. Has a SLIGHT "orange peel" texture, but it's not noticeable when the screen is on
(although it might annoy some people when the screen is off)
3. Price. Costs about RM75, but comes with 2 screen protectors
(it's worth it in my opinion, but might be too costly for some)
4. Slightly rubbery feel that may be annoying to some, but i like the feel of it smile.gif

THE GOOD
1. FULL FRONT COVERAGE of the phone unlike cheaper / dry-application screen protectors
(It's the main reason why i decided to buy this) biggrin.gif
2. The benefit of being able to reuse over and over and over and over again biggrin.gif
(can take it out if it's dirty, wash it in a soapy solution and apply it again)

So far it's been all good for me, I hope that the imperfection will clear up after a few days (since it says so on the box).
I won't recommend this to everyone, but if you don't mind a little bit of challenge for the sake of FULL FRONT SCREEN COVERAGE, go ahead and get one biggrin.gif

It really depends on whether you want to face the trouble of applying a wet SP. Some people like to do it quick and easy (and don't mind not having full protection).
Personally, i'm the type of person who feels the NEED for full protection for my phone, which is the reason why i decided to go with flexHD even though it's not easy to apply and there's a little imperfections (slight orange peel, need to handle VERY carefully to avoid stretching and damaging) smile.gif

this won't help in battery drain.. this is just fixing the battery usage status for the cell standby..

yup.. read carefully the thread in xda then you'll know it.. cause now the cell standby always took out more than half of your usage according to the status... this is because of the wrong value that samsung put it in.. with this fix.. it just make your cell standby % seems like back to normal.. nothing to do with the actual battery usage..
*
So... my battery life still sucks anyhow doh.gif

Yeah got a little bit of orange peel, I didn't do anything about it yet because i thought it would 'dry off'.
