Hi there, my volume is at 70%. I've tried to lower down to 10% and increased to 100%, its still the same.

Hi Zhao, I did not enable the extra volume. But I've tried to adjust the sound eq for music player only, it seems cant be set to my desired setting as it keep bounced back to normal setting. How to check whether my incall sound eq has been changed?

go to phone , press option button , press call setting , press additional setting ,its in there.

i just tried to enable the extra volume in option, in makes the phone call sounds harsh 
as for music player eq, mine works fine. when i use custom eq the setting wont go back default. remember press ok when u changed the setting instead of pressing back key.

I think after S3 sales cool down, QC will improved, but maybe next month?

But I think the quality issue is not only on the color of the body, also the phone itself.

i have a MW & PB, the MW no issue, but the PB got serious issue, everything function well, just cannot be a "Phone". it mean that, while calling thru normal line or skype, no sound, you can't listern to the caller as well the caller can't listern to you......kakakaa.....this is the 4 Samsung Phone I have, but this really make me feel dissapointed.

Those previous old model still perform better, I have a Samsung flip phone more than 7yrs, the battery & the phone still function well, this same go to my 2nd phone Omnia II, just that the Omnia is running Winmo 6.5, so is perform slow, but no issue at all as of now.

Is there a difference? o_O

Guys what is the best kernel right now?

Hi all, I've just got my white S3 on last Thursday and yesterday it start to have "issue".
During calls making time, from the receiver speaker, it produces bursting sound which I feel discomfort. Even my fren standing 3 feet away from the phone also could hear the buzzing sound which is really annoying. Anyone facing the same issue like me?

going back to JB. here won't find cheaper s3 below rm2.1k...

actually mine started acting up after 2 weeks of usage. i cant hear the person on the other line nor that person can hear me at all. if turn on the loud speaker would hear loud buzzing noise. and yet the other party still cant hear me.

tried the voice recorder to see if the mic is faulty but seems ok. made a few calls would able to listen to a few beeps from the call speaker (seems to work oso) which leads me to think its software issue rather than hardware.
so i tried to reset to factory setting but didnt work.

after that sent back to lowyat sc and got mobo replacement. but of coz had to left it there for 2 days
