Hey, guys. I still remember last time NTV7 Feel Good Run got 1 Up Hill place, seriously it is damn high to claim too!! I almost want to give up!! Do you guys still remember where is it??

Hey, guy. Just now I lepak at Pearl Point Shopping 2nd floor which got so call Adidas warehouse sales. I saw a very funny new design Adidas so call natural running shoes. I totally shock about it!! How come the design can make like this?? doh.gif

By the way, I totally agree with some article say everyone is different, so we should find our own best running form. I just find out my running form is totally same as this "BareForm Running". smile.gif

Hey, dude. Here is my opinion & price:

a) Better is buy the New Balance Minimus Zero Drop (RM349) or Merrell Barefoot Run Road Glove (RM349). These both are good zero drop minimal running shoe. Pesonally I own the NB Minimus MR10 & Vibram Five Fingers KSO. smile.gif
b) Brooks Pure Connect you can get 30% off from Sunway Pyramid Brooks concept store (RM279.30)

Ya, my friend attend the Solomon run. He say it is totally horrible, all the way wet like hell.

Next year I won't attend the PJ Half Marathon again. It is too much lousy thing there!

1. How come let us run in moto road not main road?? It is super duper narrow & some of that damn dark!

2. Where is the damn toilet??

3. No have any staff to check is the runner run for category 21km or other category? That mean next year we can just register fun run 3km, then go run 21km.

4. The sign board is lousy, show the wrong distance KM left.

5. I agree with Panasonic88, there is no have any cheering crowd. I really love that NTV7 feel good run drummer team!!

6. After finish line, I need ask where got free drink & food? And need walk back to front door, lol

Haiz... I also get injured after my first Pj Half Marathon, now my ankle already bongka now, sad.gif. Need get rest, next week will be Nike We Run KL 2012, hope I can recovery it before Nike run. sad.gif

I will drink a Malaysia Popular drinks - Milo + small oats then eat 1 pack Nature Valley Oats & Honey snack. It is really good enough for me. smile.gif
