I bet that's a great experience too, I saw a guy limping but slowly struggle his way during last Sunday's Pink Charity Run, I was too shy to give him a pat, guess next time I want to do so.

Another cool experience is, after certain KMs, when everyone is tired & started to walk instead of run, you override them tongue.gif maybe can count out loud, too, 1, 2, 3, 4 ... (lol sounds rude, mean but fun) tongue.gif
*
Hahaha, I also usually do the counting thing...but not outloud but to myself...in Japanese...Ichii, Nii, San, Yon...all the way to Kyuu Jyuu Kyuu ( 99 )...as I usually forgot how to say a Hundred...

When i overtook some1 struggling i will tell them, encourage yourself and run with me...and i will slow down abit he/she will follow me for a distance before he/she drop out again.
Or i will said" come on just left XX km more...." im always talking during run..if u saw me.. biggrin.gif

rclxms.gif rclxms.gif Yap I do that too when nearing the end... love to see the support I give out when approaching finishing line...the feeling to motivate them to Push the rest of the XX km tongue.gif

Fellas...I've got a dream/idea to run from my house ( jln midah 11 ) all the way to TARC ( Setapak ) and back...

I'll be following google maps suggested route, don't feel like running on the MRR2 highway...dangerous I think...

The suggested route goes through is the 'Jalan Cheras' 16.4km...The question I want to ask, is it safer to run in the Wee hours of the morning? or run at night?

I'd estimate I'd take around 4 hours like that...so, any suggestions??

Run during the rush hour.  Chances of getting run over are higher then.

in my opinion, u r fcuked up either way...

rush hours, higher chance get knocked by car...

oookay...running at night around my area is more dangerous for me than run on the sidewalk of the open road...banyak motor roam around my area, those 'people' memang...zzz

Anyway, I'd run from my place to Ampang LRT then back to 1Shamelin last night, was OkOk...run through the residential area...still not very safe IMHO...need a new path. I'd usually run to 1Shamelin's Gorgeous Fitness.
