Heavy traffics are a sign of hot area. Expect heavy price rise too
 Just look at kota damansara... i predicted this area to become cheras's kota damansara few years ago. Those who bought the shoplots there at that time sure is laughing to the bank now. RM800k becomes 1.8mil! |
