been registered long time ago n almost forget this project liao~

but with no discount/rebate, and somemore 20k for under table, it is not worth to be considered for investment although the selling price is attractive, unless for the cash rich investor la... but if for ownstay is really a good deal!

now i only realised the website got no location map...ridiculous...

Yes, you are right, formally known as Casa Lumayan, now changed to this new name, Suasana Lumayan, construction works are in progress, clearing the land, just right beside the lake... the adjacent new Astana Lumayan almost in completion, ready by 2013. I wonder how the developer and authority can find ways on improving the traffic flows...

Traffic flow will always be bad here since there are many condos on opposite side of the roads. There are condos at the side of Astana Lumayan and opposite of Astana Lumayan there are two more condos. Further up ahead there is this Casa Lumayan currently in construction, 3 blocks altogether. At this current situation cars already parked on both side of the roads(only 1 vehicle can pass by a 2-lane road due to two(2) cars parked on each side of the road). When Astana Lumayan is filled with residents, things will just get worse here. After 2 years when Casa Lumayan has obtained CF, I don't know where vehicles can find parking lots. They might just park at the roadside leading to the other side of the main road. Terrible.

Yea, what to do right? Just one family has few cars... can do the maths calculations, the no of family x 3 = ... cars, terrible urban transportation planning...
Many other areas also suffer the same fate... like in Ampang...

Suasana Lumayan sudah habis di jual untuk developer price

Kalau berminat nak beli ... kena tunggu dah siap nanti baru mereka akan jual .. tapi harga for sure 500k above..

Suasana Lumayan ade 2 type
Kecil dan Besar ...

Starting price RM300k

Undertable ?? Yes .. memang terjadi pada semua developer

Well ... kalau kite x nak bagi, so many people yang sanggup.

Price memang worth it even u undertable bcoz u cant get that price dengan developer lain

Y ?? bcoz semua Danau Lumayan projek ade link dengan DBKL.

Y i know so much ?? Anggap sahaja ada ade somebody inside.
