What's there to condole? I see only a thread with comments from many people who butt hurt. Then again, I wonder why they hurt when majority of them don't even own a Preve. If Preve is no good, then Preve owners will speak out. Not ktards.

normal car wash can not wash away glue or rubber lining la... u need to polish... just do some normal car wash first.. when u found good deal on internet then only u go do the coating...

Yes, that owner does deserve sympathy. Still, car issues with the car have been highlighted in this discussion thread and most of which have been addressed by Proton. Can't speak for that owner but maybe he got a lemon unit. Or (no disrespect meant) maybe he demands Lexus levels from his purchase. Without more info, who knows?
