I hope the 2.0 spec not too high for pc version. What level recommended to join Hamlet defence ?

I subscribed again to FF14 just to catch the legacy campaign and very interested in V2.0 but right now I'm dragging myself to play coz no one to play with.
I'm in masamune with a level 18 Gladiator. Any linkshell i can join with malaysians and ppl playing at 10pm onwards? |
