anyone have issue that the guinea bum got hair coming out???

meaning wht ya? they shit hair? This usually means they barbering themselves or other guinea pigs...and then it shit out back the hair...haha

This normally happen to the male especially the long hair guinea pig. They will drag their bum and all the fur can go in. I normally perform the checking and squeeze all the fur and make sure the bum area is clean.

Normally I will cut the butt area short so it will be easier to clean/ bath them later

ya.. last week i trim the butt and leg hair short until u can see the bumm,.,

so yesterday i play with them i notice AH P got hair stuck inside the bumm.. then i try to clean it.. then i keep on pulling out few hair out of it.. damn deep .. keep on pulling it out

Added on July 14, 2012, 8:39 pmlol. Impaction is for old boars normally 5 years and above. Their ability to push the poo is weakens so we need to help them.
I also didn't dare to korek deep deep.

Normally I will just pull out the hair and make sure the area is clean. I will squeeze a bit. Normally my Luffy will poo and no more foreign thing come out together with the poo then he is good to go

my gps love to make themselves clean. they will ensure all nails is clean all the time.

both very ego, like to fight for territory even together more than 1 year ady.

as long they still doing this, i need not worry becos this showing they are healthy.

My gps nails are long now...need to find a nail clipper...each time buy one and lost one...haiz...kek sei me ar. My gps clean themselve all the time...after eat always clean clean the face all the time...but the but there pee stain they cant see so ma end up me to clean them.Soon they are moving into new place lo....Hope can let them enjoy new place and new environment lo.

ur gps hide the clipper somewhere.
