Just like the rest of the forumer said, the first step is to have a proper diagnosis by a professional psychologist/psychiatrist. Many non-professional would have the tendency to overemphasis of the symptom. Another important part is, support/help/care is equally important for the child as well as the caretaker (you). You must remember in order to take care of your child, you will need to take care of yourself. Try and gain support and talk to your friends.
