QUOTE(kuntakinte @ Jun 23 2012, 09:02 AM) I think I've finally found the reason of battery drain. good to know thatSwitch off ass voice wake up command Double click on home button to open ass voice > uncheck wake up command I reckon that with the feature on, the phone is always on the lookout for any background sound resembling a command to wake up hence the phone is on alert all the time After I've done the above, my battery drain on night standby was only 2% compared with up to 20% previously even with all power saving mode on n other tips already listed on the first thread guys can try out to see how much it helps, especially those with batt problem |

QUOTE(wpl84 @ Jun 23 2012, 10:30 PM) yup, this is to circulate the juice inside the battery. i do restart it once a week, after i did a full chargenever keep an uncharged battery a well for too long as it may not keep charge as efficient or probably not keeping charge at all. same like jaga notebook computer battery. once a while need to use the battery. I noticed after certain time use of my S3, when back to the home screen, lags. even close all the background tasks. But after restart, all ok back. Is it we should make a habit to restart our device once a certain time? to clear the memory, etc... ?? |

QUOTE(wpl84 @ Jun 24 2012, 03:37 AM) Baseus metallic case is not good. it reduces the signal strength both mobile network and wifi. but the very weird thing is the moment i removed the casing, the sim card goes undetected that's y i changed to other case which works perfect. even when i wanna remove the baseus case, it's like forcing it out, i oso not sure got damage my phone or not. try remove your sim and insert it back, else u can go to the telco tomoro to ask them to remake a microsim for you. probably they did not cut it properly. i tested my sim with my other phone now, its working. so confirmed not sim problem |

QUOTE(wpl84 @ Jun 24 2012, 03:43 AM) it's showing a message stating sim not detected?? its showing NO SIMbecause it normally takes a while to detect the mobile network when you restart / full shut down + on. maybe when you remove the baseus case, a slight impact causes the sim unreadable. wifi works as usual |
