on the cpu part. just set the scaling max frequency above 1.4ghz

tried the headphone amplification on siyah 1.2.6

before setting it i have my volume @ 9 for the stock music player


after amplification i need to lower it down to 6 sometimes 5 for comfortable listening


settings in extweaks -

headset amplification - enabled

dac direct - enabled

left chnl level - 55

right chnl level - 55


BTW you need to restart the phone after setting the amplification level for it to apply

data consumes more power than wifi

how long was your sleep ? how many hours it took for 100% to drop to 70% ?

your problem was not really serious, as i mention data consumes more power than wifi especially if your line reception is not good.

check out this new android UI from sharp

they're already making smart phones, just that most of them are available only in japan

google aquos phone

those on siyah kernel. you guys can try this setting for the audio

IINM in XDA forum most ppl will recommend to restart the phone

because yesterday i tried adjusting the amplification level for both channel. after selecting apply changes din hear any difference. i need to restart the phone for the difference to be obvious


i used to play music at around volume 9, now i need to lower to 6 or 5

eh i just found this option suddenly pop out in my task manager.....is it kernel related? because i dun rmb receiving any updates as well

i not sure what it does. i try click start monitoring and it just recorded a file. i guess its only for dev and normal users won't understand it

many friends recently keep taunting me saying i'm richfag, hipster etc etc. use HOX for 2 months then sell and buy S3. if i sell S3 and buy Note 2 again duno what they will say

friends around me all saver type, they won't spend money easily (i think so ? )

so for them changing phone within months is a big deal

as i said, i don't like this kinda attention. i'm quite a low profile person

got 2 rumours now -

dual core exynos 5

quad core exynos 4 ( same as sgs 3)

either processor doesn't matter but exynos 5 will be more tempting of coz. question is will it come with wolfson chip

both HOX and SGS 3 i never spend a single penny from my parents. all is my hard worked money

even my data plan i oso pay back monthly myself

anyway chging phone every new release this kinda cycle won't end and stop forever.

if you think deeper its quite wasting money as well. i think back the few hundreds i wasted from my HOX oso a bit heart pain . bought for 1.8k ( without beats headset and casing ), sold for 1.6k (including beats headset, and 2 casing)
