Broadband provider

Location: Puncak Jalil
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: yes

Okay guys, I have a problem with my maxis fibre internet connection. They installed yesterday but still no internet access. I manage to connect to the router and everything is fine except there is no internet access.

When I try to connect the internet it fail. It show " Connection could not be established: Concentrator not reachable".

I dont know what thats mean icon_question.gif
I call them to fix it, but they pass the issue to TM. They also say dont know when they can come to check. vmad.gif

Anyone having similar issue and already got solution?

you are not to sign their service report. if everything not going well. the day when they do installation..

by signing indicate your acceptance. everything is working fine. whatever issues will be handling seperated by maxis helpline. they can wash their hands.

i hope this issue will resolve quickly by maxis

Today maxis technician solved my problem ..

earlier it was session hang at their side , and they already refresh the connection for my broadband ..

later ... they adviced to change LAN port to correct LAN port which is LAN2 ..before that i done my own troubleshooting and changing the LAN port to diff port .

after that , i reconnect again , and it solved ..not sure whether the LAN port are too sensitive if i chose incorrect LAN port .

i will let them to close the report after 3days and will keep observe the connection for next 1-2 weeks

Omg. The maxis fibre hotline couldn't fix it despite taking almost half an hour on troubleshooting. And yet just a simple switch from LAN1 to LAN2 solved my connection rclxms.gif
