Today maxis technician solved my problem ..
earlier it was session hang at their side , and they already refresh the connection for my broadband ..
later ... they adviced to change LAN port to correct LAN port which is LAN2 ..before that i done my own troubleshooting and changing the LAN port to diff port .
after that , i reconnect again , and it solved ..not sure whether the LAN port are too sensitive if i chose incorrect LAN port .
i will let them to close the report after 3days and will keep observe the connection for next 1-2 weeks
Omg. The maxis fibre hotline couldn't fix it despite taking almost half an hour on troubleshooting. And yet just a simple switch from LAN1 to LAN2 solved my connection earlier it was session hang at their side , and they already refresh the connection for my broadband ..
