It may depends on personal preference. What I like about DA so far is the quietness (used to stay in PJ besides Fed HW:)), we can get everything (and the banks too) in KD which is only 15 mins drive away. Yes, some people complain not many shops around here, but for grocery...I'm just happy with Jaya Grocer in BJelutong which is very near too. Besides, once Boulevard is up, think it would be more convenient. Newer phase (such as yours) I believe comes with better design, and furnishing...so, enjoy smile.gif . But with the price I paid for the house, think I can't complain.

Not some but many imho sad.gif ...not to scare new owners. Even the earlier phases, setting up own security is still a teething process.

Thanks for the good news. Sharing my experience, my house phase was launched in 2008. In the brochure, there was dotted line, indicating a proposed HW connecting Puncak Alam and Penchala. then in subsequent launches around 2010, there was no more dotted line. I asked SD, what that actually meant...they said, it was ONLY a proposal then. I was a little crushed, actually and didn't put too much hope...but now, rclxm9.gif

If that is indeed the route, not sure how DA residents are supposed to get onto the elevated DASH though...hhhmm.....

Hello Hyelbaine, I recognize you from the old forum which has been abandoned. Congrats on the completion of your house. I've been living here for a year now, and loving it to bits (except for stories about break-ins). Hope DASH will make it better...and I saw from Prolintas, there will be an interchange for DA smile.gif

Yes, very nice the design of WP. My neighbour who managed to get into one of the houses showed some pics, and said an agent said there are two more vacant units...going for RM1.9mil if I'm not mistaken tongue.gif .

I believe the guards you saw around Jasmin is hired by RA. I think all 3 phases are the same. Of course earlier they have problem on getting everything sorted out, but looking at the discussion on the fb thread, I believe residents are actively involved in getting proper security in these earlier phases. Nerida (the one besides Jasmin) is still being guarded by SD guards.

I can't comment much on that as I'm not in that phases. But from what I read, residents are trying and of course there are problems of residents who are not cooperating by not paying the fee etc. The FB thread is a closed group, and I think you need to provide a proof that you're a resident or buyer (if house still under construction) before you can be accepted.
