(1st Floor: Master bedroom converted to 2 bedrooms , adding with 2 original bedrooms)

Total = 7 bedrooms.

What kind of people to rent this house which able to sleep in the kitchen?

The owner have 2 houses and the location is back to back. Total with 14 rooms.

I was told by SD if I want the blueprints for the house need to buy from the contractor. Cost around RM1k++. Is this true?
