Hhmm... Not much cap appreciation ;( was expecting at least 1m for AG since the launch price was ~850k, look like I need to keep it for a couple more yrs. is the rental mkt any good?

Yes, but i wont be residing there as am based overseas. Nonetheless, i'm supportive of a gated community do keep me in the loop smile.gif

As for key collection, no news from SDB yet right. Last i called, they said it will be around mid April. do keep me posted as i have no access to physical mails from SDB sad.gif

Hahaha resale value for AG is not very attractive at the moment, better to keep first as i forsee many will sell upon CF as phase 1 was on DIBS. Those flippers will sell to avoid servicing loan. My two cents worth smile.gif

Same here! Had them for my fern lane unit and is very happy with their service. Will definately engage them again, look up for Ivy she is superb!

I was told keys will be available for collection from 16th of June onwards depending on final settlement from your bank. I made my appointment on the 26th already.

On the design modification, i called the customer service couple of weeks back they said its only for the 3 storeys. Is that true?

Hi, i'm not sure. Mine is the first phase ie 2 storeys.

Hi, yes just collected last thursday. The whole process was a breeze but i have not check on the defects, just went thru the checklist with SDB rep and pad-locked the place. Overall, it looks good! Way better quality than fern lane, i don't see any obvious defects and i love the wide layout! Only complain is the wet kitchen looks small.

Hi,

Any Aster grove owners here? Can share the common defects found? I have yet to check my unit as am based in overseas. Getting worried after looking at the long list of defects found in Saffron Hill (tho a diff phase but i guess its the same contractor, no?).

Advisable to get a professional inspector to check?? Roughly how much would that cost?

ya rental market not great, still at the same level as 4 years ago! Good thing my tenant for FL is quite good but am keeping Aster unit vacant, couldnt find any suitable tenants yet.
