I finally found the paint specs. As I had mentioned earlier, it wasn't in the owner's manual USB drive but found as a hard-copy when you collect the keys for VP. Together with the brown ring-folder, one of the documents inside is actually the tile size/type and also the paint manufacturer/color code

The family area is on the second floor right? Masterbedroom with bath tub is on 1st floor. Conform nobody goes up to the 2nd floor. Just to make the built up area big enough to sell at more than RM1M...

In the new Phases guards are still under SD but the more mature phases i think they organise on their own with great difficulty to get maximum participation. I am still ok as SD guard are still around. Previously there was a really good old uncle who was very thorough. Now however there is a young guy who just lets all the cars in and most of the time not there. (Clover / Ivy phase entrance). I complained to SD and they said they will look into it but so far I do not see much changes. Now i hv invested in CCTV system as well so i can check when my alarm triggers.

Sorry to hear this. If it's desmond with a grey civic, luckily i avoided him 2 years back as i noticed he outsourced 100% of work given to him. He sent me a nasty sms after that. Kind of make me know his true color. Always saw him around my phase last time to look for projects and sometimes i gave him a sharp stare because of his sms. 

As for grass work, i know another guy that we should avoid as i learnt the lesson the hard way.

Good news denai alam owners... KFC n bank muamalat will be open in the boulevard. Even better news! McDonald's will be open attach to the future petrol station which located opposite the boulevard. Congrats!
