Have to second that HongLJ! Absolutely loving my Macbook Retina so far! biggrin.gif

Well this is what happened to me..

Since I was unwilling to order online due to the wait time (I need my Macbook before my Raya leave next week), I've been trying to find a seller with ready stock for the Macbook Pro Retina Display baseline model on the Garage Sale for 2 weeks but to no avail.

Just when I wanted to give up, I thought of trying on Mudah.my and the seller informed me that I'm in luck as he has one unit left. So when we met at the COD place, he said he made a mistake and actually the last unit is the 2.6Ghz & 512GB Flash Storage model (Retail RM8,699). Feeling devastated, I kindly said that I don't have budget for anything higher than the base model. Then he probably felt sorry for me for coming all this way, and he made a special case for me and offer me that Macbook Retina for only RM7,300.

After thinking about it for a few minutes, I decided to take up the offer. Honestly I did not believe that a little bit of speed bump on the processor and double the Flash Storage would warrant the big price difference so I was totally against buying it.. but I'm not really sure if its RM7,300..

Do u guys think I made the right choice by getting this instead of being patient and opt for Online Order?  unsure.gif
*
right choice for sure, 512GB Flash Storage cost a lot

hopefully not like my current 2010 late 13inch model.
mobo replace twice in a year.
ram replace once.

konek.. do video can spoil one..
uh oh, but cs6 quite smooth to me in 2010 model with 4gb 1024mhz ram..

but if 3 photos edit big then it will lag.
*
you should wait for another damage, then ask apple for a replacement.
bought ACPP?
