I've managed to do some benchmarks before and after applying the mod.

The results are very very interesting.

Benchmark with Antutu Bench 2.5.1

Note: I overclocked my CPU to 1.5GHz and found out the overclock doesn't effect much on some of the GPU score.

First hand experience:
Immediately upon reboot complete, Home launcher feels much smoother and snappier than usual! I can safely say a very obvious difference.
Scrolling in the browser also much smoother.
No impact on camera performance so far.
ICS only. Ginger do not jelly ..............!

Yes! Must be rooted. Can be used on locked BL.

Tested on stock ICS roms. Not recommended for Cyanogenmod.

I just hard reset xperia pro, how do i browse my sd card in the phone? B4 reset, I use Astro as folders explorer, where is the default stock files explorer??

Finally had time to sit down and update my phone. OTA less hassle can remain my root status. Just need to remove some bloatware.
