I think installing 7.4 is easier than 8.0. And yeah, email starts having problems in 8.0. :hmmm:

it took me a few days to get it right too.
further more, my bootloader is locked, so need to re root everytime.
so inally i did like this,
factory reset - wipe cache - format /cache - format /data - format /system - wipe dalvik - wipe battery
- install 8.0 zip - follow aroma - untick restart - install 8.1 - restart.
then wait the "SONY" in full suspense.
if it flickers, it's good. if no response after 1 min......

at least, unloocked bootloader can saves u a few steps.

btw, any recommendation on best all around root/file manager will full function. ie, run script, open zip, no ads and free. or i'm just asking too much

Ultimate hd can use stock kernel. No need to unlock bootloader.

I use ultimate hd myself and i dont think task manager will give significant benefits. Just use v6 supercharger is enuff.
