Hi... just want to know anyone here has any fix for xperia Neo wifi issue after upgraded to 4.0?

My in law's phone is having this issue where it can't connect to any wifi hotspot, no doubt that there is suggestion that changing the router to channel 11 and others setup option, it serve no value for the issue.

herm, who have the stock Malaysian Gingerbread Mk16i rom?

ics is taking too much cpu n ram,

and CM 7.2 is eating my credit, droid wall cant block 100% the 3g connection..

and i already tried the other Stock Sony rom, and still i couldn't sent MMS, i wonder why?

i already tried the stock rom on first page, no luck, still cant send MMS like the original malaysian rom, which is, even with Data disable, still could send MMS,

but i only tried the 0.58 and 0.62,
never tried the 0.42 version, cus i dont know which one to download,
UK or generic DE?

about Cm7.2, even with Droidwall, it still use my 3g network about 1kb per hour,

use 2g network for saves battery ..
and change the network to gsm only ..
because i'm tend to use wifi ..

btw , afaik only sony stock rom can download mms when the data connection disabled ..

no. if im not wrong, interestingly only xperia stock rom can send/receive mms even if you set data off. heard that other brand (and custom rom for xperia) can't receive/send mms with data off.

the only reason i revert back to stock rom.

hehe, there plenty of stock rom for xperia pro,

i use the Pro Acronium,(so far these is the best, without lot of bloatware)
ButtermilkROM,(nice rom, bundle with usefull stuff, but it unstable on my SEX PRO)
Ultima ROM,(i wish i could try it but my PRO wont boot at all)

for kernel i use Ultima GB Kernel 1.1.1(work with stock rom and stock based rom)
with his new boot image



pretty sweet eh? cus i dislike his old kernel boot image, these make my phone look like non modded one. haha

btw, who know how to add dropdown menu switch, like CM or other android phone, we could on off wifi with dropdown menu, xperia is pain to do so..
