Sorry for the late reply.  sweat.gif
Why don't use the LuPuS kernel only? It already included root and CWM.
Flash the kernel, boot into CWM and install UHD (of course for unlocked bootloader only).  nod.gif

i used flashtool to flash lupus kernal, but it says my device haven root. but already rooted it still say havent root, so i gave up.

IINM it mean you bootloader is still lock.
*
not possible. i unlocked it the first time i got it to root it.that time still haven got ways to bypass the lock, alternative way will be using wire-tappings. when connected to flashtool, it says root access allowed. but when flash lupus, it says root is required. rclxub.gif

Okay. This is weird.  sweat.gif

Did you use flashmode or fastboot mode in the flashtool?
The led notification will light blue if you enter the fastboot, and in my case I can only use USB 2.0 port to use fastboot.
*
yes i did use fastboot mode. deng..i made a bootloop...stucked at SE logo..now reflash with ori stock GB firmware..redoing everything again...duno i did wrong which step..it stucked at the logo when UHD finished installation and auto restarted..it shouldnt take so long to log into the system...

Well, that quite a process to do.  sweat.gif
Why not install a custom kernel (CM9 kernel perhaps), wipe data, system, cache etc, install UHD and flash the stock kernel again.  icon_rolleyes.gif

Or maybe using x-Part for CWM?
*
i use xpart last time before i use the latest UHD. now reinstalling UHD using cwm...hopefully wont stuck at logo again. if stuck il let it stuck and see if it really takes that long to log in.. sweat.gif

That's why I'm prefer using custom kernel. Save the hassle.

Actually you don't need root access to install UHD. Just CWM needed.
Flash the kernel that already CWM included. Advanced stock kernel maybe?

You can download any kernel you like from here (ICS only of course  tongue.gif )
*
the problem is i cannot root using doomlord's zergrush..got alternative ka?we need to root first to proceed others, no?

You need root only to install CWM. But since you already unlocked your bootloader, just proceed with flashing custom kernel that include CWM.
*
howabout i flash my unit to stock ICS, then root then cwm and upgrade to UHD? make sense? harap2 the root boleh jadi...

flashing to stock ICS also causes bootloop...deng..

i cannot use flashtool to flash the kernel lupus la..it says my unit not rooted..padahal i rooted it already...

the last solution il use is via cwm to flash lupus kernel, go in cwm again and install UHD..
