Select restore apps when you have find it
Always backup everything first time you do a backup
You wont know when you would like to restore back any apps you have uninstalled

You must enable to have data features

Pro version will backup all associated data of apps

Yes only first time wipe it will erase completely . Subsequent to that all further wiping data n factory reset no more erasing stuffs in internal SDcard. It is exactly similar to Galaxy Nexus

Of course - I got it from XDA thread by Dr Ketan and I have tested flashing it

Insecure kernel often used to and as a base kernel to root phones. Infact if your phone is rooted the kernel is already now a changed insecure kernel

Where you see such a "recovery" step. Just choose kernel, browse to the tar file and select it and than choose flash firmware

You must first create a titaniumbackup folder in ext sdcard. Then in preference backup folder select detect whole device. Once the folder is detected just select it

ICS does NOT support move apps to ext sdcard
You wasting time to try all 3rd party apps
Root n hack some files to do it

Don't understand your question
If you are saying usb mass storage it is not a pro lem on windows pc. Both internal n ext sdcard can be detected. Only Mac osx unable which can be overcome by installed separate ums apk.

USB MASS STORAGE ( UMS) - google for the apk at XDA SGS III thread in apps section

My note on aopk rom all such rom can connect with Mac osx
