Looks like quite a number of Pebble Blue user got issue with the power button thou I still believe it was some isolated cases. Consider it un-lucky few but not the whole batch defect..!! Mine comes with no LED but when I smack the phone a few times, everything back to normal. Power button still as good as new. To those who have issue with their power button better send their phone to service centre as soon as possible. Just prepare to leave the phone for a few days or up until one week. Good luck...

QUOTE(Ash @ Jun 18 2012, 08:32 AM) My pebble blue has a small issue which I've noticed like 15 mins after I got my phone, requested for a change at Celcom Blue Cube Mid Valley 20 mins after I made my payment there and the irresponsible staff were all pretending like there was nothing wrong with the power button even though they were holding two phones (1 white and 1 blue) and the power button of the white one appeared to be a lot more firm that the blue one, they then asked me to send it to SEP if I really "think" its a problem. HOW IRRESPONSIBLE Anyway the problem of my power button is that the pressing feel isnt as firm as usual, meaning a very very minimal force is only required to press it as compared to the normal one. It doesn't bother me as much but its still a problem, especially after reading so many posts about power button issues for the blue units. Still considering if I wanna live a week without my phone and send it to SEP. Same here. I also bought the phone from Blue Cube MV. Got problem with the LED..come back to the shop later that night but the staff said he had to confirm with his boss whether can do 1 to 1 exchange or not. He promise to call me back the next day BUT until today no news. Luckily my problem solved by itself on my way home that same day. One thing I would like to know..is it true that we entitled 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days for any defect here in M'sia..!? I know most countries especially in Europe have this policy but wasn't sure about M'sia thou...

QUOTE(SurFerZ @ Jun 18 2012, 09:19 AM) In Europe we're entitled to a 30 days policy exchange from the day we purchased the goods..cash back or a 1 to 1 exchange..it's your choice.. There..they can even get one full month of policy exchange. Sadly here too many hussle comes if you open your mouth asking for exchange ~~sigh~~

QUOTE(Kasumie @ Jun 18 2012, 09:27 AM) just got my pebble blue.. i noticed the power button being abit loose too.. is it a defect?? have to send back SC?? and the charging never goes up 100% is normal is it?? after 3hours charrging it reaches only 99%. and my battery drains very fast. almost few mins drop 1%. Regarding power button issue..I suggest you set one date with the others that have same issue then go to service centre together. Maybe that way service centre staff can give priority to your group.

It won't stay long at 100% charge. Same thing with new S2 and GNote battery. But later when the battery used a few weeks..can stay longer at 100% charge.

QUOTE(Reventon @ Jun 18 2012, 09:30 PM) Errr... not warez right ? I dont mind forking out money to buy but why u say free ? U mean lite version? @waveweaver What supersu pro do ? And mobile odin i assume work like i download custom rom or kernel and then put it in extSDcard , then juz flash away without any pc right? MobileOdin apk from XDA is lite version. Yes..you use MobileOdin to flash full firmware, kernel, modem from your phone itself without using PC. With Pro version you can enable Everroot section where you won't lose your root while flashing new firmware. SuperSU Pro suppose to survive even if you receive updates via FOTA.

QUOTE(cooldreamer @ Jun 18 2012, 09:55 PM) if we have rooted our S3 already, and just wanna flash kernel, need to enable Everroot summore? No need..just use the kernel section if the kernel comes in .tar files. Normally if custom kernel comes in zip files then we can flash via CWM.

QUOTE(benny888 @ Jun 19 2012, 08:53 AM) Not exactly true. ROM files depend on how it is packaged. In this case the developer if you read his thread has clearly stated flash through recovery If the zip file after extract you see folders such as system and metainf - this must and only can be flash through recovery mode . Your phone must be rooted and have CWM installed If the zip file after extract you see a tar file - than you can use either Odin in PC or Mobile Odin to flash it Oppss..didn't read his thread. My bad...i thought the XXLF2 is stock firmware from Sammobile.

QUOTE(benny888 @ Jun 19 2012, 09:01 AM) Actually a lot of questions on how to install certain rom need NOT even be asked here. All such instructions is always posted at post#1 or post#2 of the respective rom thread. Problem is many users are plain lazy to read it and want fast answer When he asked this question, I also refer to developer thread first before answering him Yeah..and some ask without giving full details. It gonna be like S2 thread where helper was the one who had to ask all the details before proceeds to help. This thread gonne be faster/longer if everybody behave that way. :-))

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Jun 19 2012, 06:29 PM) As it is UK ROM, so pre-install 4 apps that not working for us. This include Music Hub, Video Hub, Google Play Books & Google Play Movies. All can be remove manually. Install Market Enabler then use fake telcos. After that you can use that pre-install apps.
