You use Polaris Office or Polaris Viewer? May I know where you get Polaris Office if you're using it?

I'm using Kingsoft Office.

Any apps that can virtually replace the power button on the right side? I don't want to press it too often. Also, the home button too. Any idea?

Volume full go to Setting > Sound > Notification and try to listen to Polaris notification,does ur speaker sound like too many noices?(sound pecah) or listen to Draco in Phone Ringtone section.
