Try to send back to SC and ask 1 on 1 exchange,be firm on them,its your right to have 1 on 1 exchange within one week.
The charging is not a problem at all..u need to wait another 2 or 3 cycle charge before u get the maximum use of the battery life

Regarding power button issue..I suggest you set one date with the others that have same issue then go to service centre together. Maybe that way service centre staff can give priority to your group.
