That's really big. hopefully it won't be underutilised, otherwise it's condition will be in a sorry state very soon (maintenance cost should be quite high)

It will be highly utilised due to the fact that existing LCCT operation will move to KLIA2.

Not sure.

Definitely AirAsia will be single largest customer.

Apparently the connection between the 2 parts is a skybridge. hopefully they have fast & wide walkalators running there & not make it into a pasar malam.
