But still, be careful.
I read somewhere else a street photog shot an arabic woman and he kena punch, and no compensation at all
To them, taking picture of them is kind of insulting.

ok, im into street photography these days, so this is what i learned

Malaysia = ex commonwealth country, and therefore like Singapore, we used British law as our basis.

To sum it up,

We can take any picture in public places, and post them, use for exhibition / art purposes, and even sell the prints as art but cant use the pics for commercial use.

So if you put on facebook, its fine. But try refrain from putting offending or misleading caption. If someone contacted you to remove it with proof that they are the person in the picture, or valid reason, you may as well remove it. But nothing worry as you took the pic in public places.

Anyway, i deem LRT as public places due to the fact that its a public transport.

Well, if they wearing black cloth, we should respect their culture by not taking their pic. Unless ahem, they got really beautiful eyes, i will take the risk

3, but you're going to be having issues under low light with the Tamron hunting for focus, and also focus inconsistency but it is the most versatile among all.

im using kit lens 18-55 only..
flash later bah..i jz started for a month leh.
don't u think d5100 has too much softening? i need to go to the settings to change the sharpness because b4 that all those portrait photos i took weren't sharp at all..(bt they were not out of focus either..)
haha..tried that b4..really poison..and the 70-200 f2.8 vrII

Let me get this right, you're expecting D5000 to perform as well as D700? DX vs FX?

Side note I don't remember D5000 sensor being that crappy... Same sensor as D90 right?

maybe in lightroom u sharpen it? u jz shoot RAW all the way? wow..my computer space will jz finish bcz of a few photos..haha.
