Guys, i heard that next os which is jelly bean is for tablet only is it true? Or sama like ICS which can be on phone and also tablet?

i m currenly using AOKP Milestone5 rom (with stock build&kernel), just realise M5 eat more ram than previously i m used yakju stock rom and the battery also not as good as wat i expect. Anyone used Android Revolution HD 4.0.1 rom before? how is the performance for that?
