Typically, the medium used among students is Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), but English is understood and spoken by many as well. So as long as you have a decent command of either, there should be no language barriers icon_rolleyes.gif

Campus facilities are alright, in my opinion. Is there any facility that you want to know about in particular? For example: academic/nonacademic, library, hostel etc etc~

Yep, I'm a degree student, studying at south wing biggrin.gif

Well, there's a swimming pool at the north wing, and a futsal court too, if I'm not mistaken. The swimming pool is moderately sized, is sloped, and has a small section suitable for beginners. I think its maximum depth is about 7ft. Let's see, there's a gym at the south wing too, with dumbbells and a few exercise machines. It's kinda smallish though, so if you're hoping to use the machines, don't go there during peak hours.

You can also take a look at their official website here:
http://www.ucsiuniversity.edu.my/campuses/...pur/sports.aspx

Not too sure about the classrooms, am a south wing student myself tongue.gif According to a friend who stayed in the hostel there though, the Internet connection's not really reliable. Maybe you can look at the housing areas there instead? In terms of non-academic activity, there are several clubs you can join:

http://www.ucsiuniversity.edu.my/student-s...sc-Club-kl.aspx

Not all clubs are listed there though. Among the most active are the Christian Fellowship, the Dance Club, and the Dodgeball Club.

I frequent North Wing a lot although I am a South Wing student. For non-academic activities in North Wing, there's the futsal court, swimming pool (7ft depth, be careful if you can't swim) and squash courts. The hostels in North Wing are fancier than those of South. I do not know how the classrooms look like from the inside, though.

If you ever feel like playing squash, do consider contacting me, as I am the president of the squash club. laugh.gif We need more players.

Afraid not, do not think I am up for the task. I can barely stand biology in A-levels, I shudder to think that I would in survive dentistry. and financially speaking it is not too feasible. laugh.gif I got over it.

Will definitely have, residents and house owners in Taynton View always rent out their houses, damn convenient. Not sure about the budget though.

Student Council pushed for the development of hill top, there're paved roads leading uphill now, but more than half (towards block D) are closed for works, not too sure what. Probably just standard surface flattenings (remember those horrid rocks? They're gone now.)

Actually student council should push for equality. Last time I remember they told us students and lecturers have the same status quo, that's why there's no toilets specially for lecturers. Now the grounds are busy reserved for lecturers. I wonder why? rolleyes.gif

whistling.gif I wonder that, too (well, except the toilet part). Often times I find people using the handicapped toilets nowadays, and they aren't even disabled. sweat.gif Anyway, I have to say that the SC has improved a lot and have increased their presence more nowadays. hmm.gif
