Any car painting should will be able to do the job but in Penang I'm not so sure about the price though, in KL its about RM 100+- for knocking & painting...

Haha it shouldn't be if its just the fender itself But my advice is, get a quote 1st then see how much different between knocking + paint and just paint only if the differences is more than RM 60 then better go spare part shop get new pc of fender

I bought myvi SE 1.5 on december 2011.Another 5 month the roadtax will be expired.Can someone tell me what I should do? About the roadtax and insurance? Usually cost how much?

Expire soon of course go and renew lo insurance 1st year normally RM 1.4K+- and road tax for 1.5 is RM 90

If 90% City Driving I would say it's average already. for 350KM. Anyways your FC will eventually improve after your 1000KM service

city drive for 1.3myvi. how much will it cost per km?
deciding which 1 should i buy (viva or myvi ) since the price different is just 7K

but i need the fuel consumption for city drive.

For city drive, Viva is slightly better due to lighter chassis and smaller engine displacement.

I would say go for the Myvi. Viva might have a slightly better FC but in terms of safety Myvi is better.
