i believe in myvi becoz last 5 years my dad myvi is all ok no rattling sound

Yup, same reason I choose Myvi over Proton. I expect their QC is much more tighter. shakehead.gif

FC calculation in the meter is for reference only, not necessarily accurate. icon_rolleyes.gif

no u don't understand. i don't want the immobilizer or the remote control in my pocket everyday. i just want to keep the key in my wallet daily , i need to bring a spare key that i can use in case of emergency.
*
IINM, the immobiliser already built in inside the key. Not the remote.

Personally i think thats very high because 8.1/100km equals to 12.3km/l... I even after high rolling resistance tires still manages n averages 14.5km/l which equates to 6.9l/100km.. Mine 1.5 manual, city driving all the way
*
I'm getting around 11-12 KM/L. It's totally city driving. I guess it's kinda high. I can expect lower FC after my first service right? Just clocking 300KM. hmm.gif

PS: Stupid German. Dengan Italy pun tak boleh blah... vmad.gif mad.gif

Anyone know the exact range our LPLB Myvi can go after the fuel indicator start blinking? hmm.gif

Driving from Ipoh to Penang just now. The range show 36KM. I enter the Penang bridge and stuck in jam for 10 min. Then in the middle of the bridge, the range show --- KM. I was like WTF. doh.gif doh.gif

Luckily my car did not stop at the middle of the bridge there.

Btw, my auto 1.5 got 435 KM for full tank before I refuel again after the blinking. I guess the FC should be better after my first 1000 KM service this evening. icon_rolleyes.gif

new myvi extreme use which fuel better shell ,esso ,petronas or..no i always use shell 97....u all suggest ?
*
Bro, of course the fuel with higher octane is always better. Go for RON 97 if you can afford it. I'm also using Shell 97 but not for my Myvi, for my EX5 instead. Cannot afford it for Myvi. tongue.gif

Hi guys,

What is the FC for Myvi SE1.5?
*
FC is a very subjective matters bro. It depends on a lot of variables such as your tire pressure, your fuel quality, no of passengers, and most importantly is your right foot. nod.gif

The best I've get is 14KM/liter for 1.5 auto. sad.gif

Thanks for the advice. Sorry a bit noob here on cars.

Was looking at the SE1.5 and 1.5 extreme. Surely it will be > 10km/litre in city area?
*
Not sure about others, but my own FC sucks in city driving. Only 9KM/liter. doh.gif

The dates on my myvi 1.5SE keeps changing by itself. Is there anything I should be worried about? Faulty HU?? Should I change HU or do I need to upgrade the software?

Someone said one way to prevent this problem is to make sure to switch off multimedia HU before turning off engine.  I do that and still the problem occurs.  Today I had to reset the date twice!
*
I also kena like this but only 1 time. After I wash the car IIRC. Anyone know what may caused this?

Thanks bro. My friend buy myvi extreme and his dad tapau rm300 from the SA, and go buy num plate with that. doh.gif So, the SA actually earn 1-2k? That huge. I wanna be SA also.  tongue.gif

lol, it's not that easy bro. They also have some target for each month. But for hot selling cars like P2 or Toyoda, they no need go look for customer. It's the other way around. nod.gif
