QUOTE(felixyukito @ Aug 13 2012, 10:14 AM) buy those RM30 steering lock enough dy.. enought to deter thief, btw ur car are suppose to have immobilizer, without the chip in your key, u can't start it. Almost all new car have immobilizer now. But the car still get stolen. Car theft is like software piracy. No matter how hard you make your software/games only function to those who purchase it, hackers will make it available to all.Long live Skidrow & Razor1911 |

QUOTE(Pius @ Aug 13 2012, 08:07 PM) hi all myvi proud owner, im going to buy a myvi se1.5. Ebony Black owner here. If you think you got time to take car of your car, washing it frequently, wax it and so on, then go for black. It's very nice. But now only have black and silver colour in stock. Which colour do you guys prefer? A lot of people said white is harder to take care, but IMO, black is much more harder to maintain. |

QUOTE(Crazydude93 @ Aug 16 2012, 08:44 PM) what the~? changing the suspension will void the warranty? OMG Bro, it will only void the warranty for suspension system only. Not the whole car. so if i changed only the springs wont void the warranty right? QUOTE(mmw5610 @ Aug 16 2012, 09:26 PM) HEY PPL, is the different pumping petronas 95 and shell 95 petrol? in terms of smooth transmission? and engine noise as well I've used both. Just recently change to Shell 95 because Petronas doesn't accept Amex. Luckily the fuel is better. FC is about the same but gear changing is much more smoother. It will quickly change gear when I press the pedal to overtake unlike Petronas 95 which is rather slow in changing gear during overtaking. Using auto here. I also tried RON 97 Shell during my balik kampung trip the other day. My car easily reach 160 KM/H. Tried the same with Shell 95 fuel. It's kinda slow to reach the same speed + more engine noise and vibration. |

QUOTE(jtcs87 @ Aug 22 2012, 07:37 PM) Today just going first service at SC. Cost me around 170. Is that expensive? Engine oil, yes. Auto oil, no. Btw, i want to ask that is that necessary to change the engine oil & the auto gear oil as well for every service from SC? You can refer to service guide in the Perodua Webpage. |

QUOTE(dannythelazyboy @ Aug 23 2012, 09:06 PM) Bro, get a viva or 2nd hand Myvi or other car like other member suggested. Owning a car with more than 20% of your salary for monthly repayment is not a smart move. You still need to consider other expenses like maintenance, petrol, toll, parking etc. |

QUOTE(sambest @ Aug 25 2012, 09:34 AM) The range number in the meter is accurate?i fill full tank then it appear 410km but I think I get almost 500km last week when i'm driving back to johor... It just calculate the total fuel divide by your average fuel consumption. If you have a mixed driving style (highway, city, pedal to metal, slow etc), then it's not accurate. I get more km with petronas 95 compared to shell 95 Some member here said there is still 10 liter of fuel when the range meter is showing --- KM. QUOTE(tabs @ Sep 1 2012, 02:40 PM) Yup. Agree. Peroduo service center. So so slow Lo. Now at ss2 that service center. Gous. Wait for almost an hour also haven register yet. Haih. Really faint. Is that really need to come here service 3 time only got warranty? IINM, need to service with Perodua for 3 years during the warranty period. If you service outside, they can void your warranty.Of course service outside save money and time. But in case something rosak or anything, Perodua can claim it's not their problem as the warranty void already. Refer to the manuals for more info. |

QUOTE(peejayboy @ Sep 2 2012, 10:24 PM) Sadly, VS or grounding will void warranty. Wondering if smoke rear lamp will void warranty as well? Also does anyone know where to do carbon fiber number plate? haha. VS and grounding will void warranty? You sure bro? It's plug and play item. You can just remove it before sending your car for warranty claim. |

QUOTE(Pius @ Sep 4 2012, 12:16 PM) hey guys, what brand of petrol is the best for myvi se1.5? Wow, Cartex and Cartax sure sounds powerful to me. lol i tried BHP and Cartex, seem cartax is more powerful than bhp.. what do u guys think? I never try any other brand except Shell and Petronas. No idea about the FC but the pickup and gear changing is way better with Shell than Petronas. Just my personal opinion. |

Guys, I know this 1 is really noob question. But I do heard a lot of different opinion on this. Let say my 2nd service is 5000KM. The Service Advisor put on a sticker showing my next service is at 6000KM which is 5000KM from my previous service.
But some of the people say that we need to follow exactly our ODO reading. When show 5000 go 5K service, when show 10000 go 10K service. Which one is true? I don't think the service advisor in SC will wrong. But what other people claim is also logic. Thanks in advance. |

QUOTE(megat89 @ Sep 10 2012, 10:03 PM) where got such thing..just follow the one on the sticker..in fact, some sc might write 6100km next service if ur 1st service is at 1100km..but to make it easier just service at 6000km..remember the oil used is meant for 5000km/10000km.. Hmm, IINM the semi oil is 5K and fully syn is 10K right? Thanks for the reply bro. |
