I was truly hoping its SR-1. If yes, sure wallop coz thats the FS. T series is semi. Then again, if SR1 sold at RM135, most likely fake liao...
Added on June 12, 2012, 9:29 amFrom what I heard Bardhal ok ok for budget FS. However there is A LOT OF FAKE Bardhal in the market. Its actually one of the top fake along side Shell lubes, Castrol, etc. If it turns gluey only after 1-2.5K, it is possible its a fake? Coz that fits the symptom of fake or re-cycled lube with used up addictives.
Added on June 12, 2012, 10:21 amQuestion is why does the famed LM lube need to add separate addictive some mores, by itself not sufficient meh....
Also we might use the best true ester-based FS but it still comes down to whether our engine can take it or not. Sometimes, the best does not necessary suit all engines.
Take for example, the Idemitsu FS that I've been vouching for and used in my hondas. It works extremely well for my hondas but when used in PE, one mentioned makan engine oil. Shell lubes that were used and vouched by so many others BUT when used in PE, it becomes one of the shittiest branded lube for our car community.
And its seems the highly rated Amsoil lube goes down the drain too in PE. Works ok (by Zen) but not perfect either, does not seems to last long (is it? Zen?). I would only use ester-based FS in high-rev engine where it would shine, used in our campro.....extremely overpriced and no added advantage vs our normal lube.
In the end Cusco wins.
