Why is charger considered a freebie? 

Understand understand. By the way, what's the input and output of the charger that comes with the camera? Are you able to charge it with let's say a powerbank?

the Sony centre free gift charger is travel charger can use to charge battery externally or can use as converter form plug to usb then charge ur battery inside camera without having to bring the original plug with converter for travel. Thant's why some place sell the battery charger lower than RM100, I see lelong got very cheap RM 70 for similar item that Sony centre sell RM319, but dunno ori or what.

oh yes it can use to charge few type of ori Sony camera battery as well

Btw I see some people here aren't happy with the case. May I know why? In that case should I ask them to exclude the case for a cheaper price? Swap / top up for external charger?

plug is 230VAC convert to USB 5VDC, all our USB charger also did the same unless u connect to computer using computer power to charge then no need converter just usb cable only.

i never try charge camera using power bank have u try ? does it works ?

I'm sorry the sensor is different. RS CMOS vs BSI CMOS. Slightly better EVF. The only major difference that I can spot is perhaps the 4k movie recording, higher shutter speed and fps.

Straight from camera, no editing at all. I am just impressed with the camera's capabilities.

How to improve composition btw?

quite interested with the mark 3 but it was way out of my budget now.

any opinion for the camera so far especially from those using it? any compromise to be taken note of?
