I know nothing about photography (only read some basics)

if I use the rx100 in auto mode will it be better than a camera phone eg galaxy s7?

how difficult is it to learn to take good photos? i tried with a dslr for about 1 hour come out all bad pictures.

lol i already sold my mk 3 and bought a ricoh gr. aps-c sensor is clearly much better quality than 1" sensor. this is simple physics.

Honestly, if you're not interested with all the technical stuffs, just use Superior Auto and you're good to go. It's really really smart.

any recommended place to service rx100 mk1.. some black spot appear on every pictures taken

i sent my RX100mk3 to check for a dust spot, the sony shop said have to change the whole lense assembly cause its an unibody construction, about rm1200. asked second opinion on third party shop also said the same thing, similar price too.

Have a question to all Sifu's out there. I suspect there's some dust trapped in my RX100 M1 lens. It's really bothering me and i want to get this fixed. The suspected dust can be seen at the top left area of the shots. The attached images should give you guys an idea. My questions:

1) Where would you guys recommend i get this fixed? (Im based in PJ, BU area)
2) I've owned this unit since 2013. There's nothing wrong with it as far as i can tell, but what other maintenance work that should be done at this stage?
