After rooting, is the phone able to continue using the Stock Rom and update OTA if new updates released. Is there more steps to do ?

coz both my wife's and brother's white Maxis set both Made in Korea by Samsung and i saw some post their white SIII photo earlier are all the same.

After rooting. using stock rom like normal. And I thinks if u updates new maybe ur rooting will gone. I thinks la.
