wrong, after you have root your phone, its impossible brick, brick only happen when flash something you shouldn't done with odin.. so when want to flash something, make sure read carefully and understand it, especially in bolded part

Last week 3 G Note users hardbrick their phones and got motherboard replace FOC , again proving that Samsung service Center never bother about rooting and phones wrongly flash. My past 5 experience in past 3 years sending in obviously rooted/flash phones warranty is always given FOC
Rooting will NEVER delete any phone data or spoil phones ; the chance this happens is one in several billion I'd say. It will only happen if you do it with a wrong kernel or your battery level is too low

there is no guarantee even if rooting. the pros must put themselves in the noob shoes. they are all alone and its like learning a foreign language. even a simple thing like rooting scares the daylight of them simply because if shit happens a pro will NOT come running to their house and fix it.

pros must also understand rooting is not for everyone.
