The only hope (on PC)? Codemasters. I can't think of other developers (on PC) that have enough $$$ to licence large amount of real world cars to put into their games (and made exciting racing games). Imagine if DiRT 2/3/Showdown or GRiD was actually mod-friendly............................ =x
