Any mice out there with the same sort of size/design as the Steelseries Ikari? I used to have one (long story, etc), but have been using a Logitech MX518 for a while, and it's okay, but now that I've built myself a new rig and am playing a lot more games it's starting to feel a bit uncomfortable.

I loved the shape and ergonomics of the Ikari, especially the fact that I had a place to put my ring and pinky fingers, but I had some rotten luck with reliability (a quick look through Amazon seems to indicate that lot of people had this problem?) and would like to try out other options. Also, and maybe my search-fu is total crap, but it doesn't seem like sellers in Malaysia are carrying the Ikari (either optical or laser) anymore, so yeah. Any ideas on mice I should be looking at?

Ideas? Ideally <RM150, but I guess ~RM200 is still ok.

Anyone know the standard price of armaggenddon aquila at Lowyat? is it rm59 or rm69? is the mouse good, durable, worth the price? haha

yea feel like trying other BRANDS instead of razer... hehe feel like getting steelseries cuz it matches my steelseries qck but hey matching aint always good ... now im considering logitech g400,g500,g700... razer... probably only imperator if its really worth it.... i've seen alot of compliments on the da 2013 but still, wanna try something diff... and i bet the shape of da 2013 is the same as da be.. which i hate :-(

damn 120 for a mousepad and wrist rest I already have a mouse pad so was hoping for just a wristrest lol

LOL... i think you misunderstood my meaning... i mean, i have sweaty hands, and the glossy surface a.k.a the mirror version, will only make the mouse looks extremely dirty and gross after using it for awhile... that is why i never considered most of razer's mice, because they're either glossy or rubberized...   

yea.... not going to buy the mouse just because of the dpi settings....

the mouse, mostly using it for homework and light gaming... so 1600dpi already suffice for me...

Decided to go for deathadder 2013, which mouse pad is preferable here? Sphex, Goliathus or OCK?

anyone try gigabyte mouse

i was like cannot decide is it corsair or gigabyte since i already used 4 razer mouse before all spoiled.

Tried everything from blowing the sensor and cleaning the mousepad, still doesn't work. I wonder if the mousepad is the reason of the fault here. Then again my older Roccat Kone doesn't have any problems with the mousepad, and so is one cheapo optical mouse.

Logitech G400, or you may top up to get a G500.

Damn, it was indeed is the mousepad problem, the mouse works well if I change to some cheap cardboard-based mousepad from a workplace. It also works well if I just used the table, with no mousepad at all.

The settings are correct, double-checked on this already.

Still, my other two mouse doesn;t have tracking problems with the said Roccat Taito pad...

logitech g100, razer abyssus, razer deathadder. lifespan depends whether u got take care yr mouse or not ?

I personally don't really like Razer. Too light for me no weight custamization. I wanna ask for you guys Opinion. Sometimes i'm doing autocad and hte mouse sometimes spike a lil bit. not much diffrence.

hey guys im using a razer da black now, but my hands get really fatigue after using it for abiout 2 hours.. my hand is about 16cm, i grip the da well im just not sure why my hand gets fatigue from using the mouse... pam gripping it btw.. im now looking for a new mouse either zowie fk ( new release)/ steelseries mouse.. sensei is too expensive but is it worth it? i saw alot of negative reviews about it such as the laser problems and the coating peeling off.. any other ss mouse can recommened? kana too light and feels cheap.. or any other brand? wanted ss mouse cuz using ss mousepad.. can match brand thx for replyh~

goliathus/roccat taito. qck series have low durability, quickly worn out.

this! i currently own a navi qck+ and normal qck mousepad(small size) and the bottom part of the mousepad is like peeling off 2 of the mousepad also same problem! cuz steelseries used glue to just glue the surface only, wherelse goliathus they sew it nicely.. better quality, oh and the qck the surface gets like white-ish color easily

My SS Qck+ lasted me for almost 2 years. Serves me well and better than the Goliathus Speed. Which peels off at the side of the mouse pad. Washed it several times without facing any issue after that.

Maybe it is just me.
