Depending on your grip.

One is using optical, one is using laser.
One has two big buttons which is really easy to reach, one has 9 programmable buttons.
One is affordable, the other one quite expensive. (the cost of a wireless Logitech G-mouse)

DA2013 is ergonomic mouse while Taipan is ambidextrous.
DA is more comfortable for palm grip.

not sure about the sale but I didn't survey the other shops (as it was getting a bit late), the price was rm 210. The current price of the DA 2013 is Rm219 btw.

It matches my Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 just perfectly rclxms.gif

I went Sri Comp on weekend. They sold me DeathAdder for RM205. Ok la.
There is a shop in 1U, opposite Roti Boy - they retail for RM219 but because of PC Fair, they are selling for RM209. I think they accept credit card.. so it is around RM205.

Now my input devices is complete, as it also match my BlackWidow Ultimate 2013! Both are 2013 models. Happy happy!

i used to own one. artisen red hien L. great premium mousepad. some may complain that it has sharp edges but not for me though. i guess it depends on how you naturally place your hand on the mousepad while gaming. also always keep the surface dry as any contact with water will permanently increase its friction.

m40
-optical sensor up to 4000dpi
-plastic chassis
-possibly lighter than m65 (unconfirmed, weight specs are not mentioned)

m65
-laser sensor up to 8200dpi
-an additional button for thumb
-aluminium chassis
-possibly heavier than m40 (again unconfirmed)

-do you intend to use over 4000dpi?
-optical sensors have little to no acceleration, lasers will always have some hardware accel.
-m65 has a sturdier built
-only rm30+- difference between those two smile.gif
