New this week on Fire Emblem: Awakening
The final Spotpass Paralogue is unlocked, where you recruit the final Spotpass character, in a 30 (or less) vs 50 battle where all enemies rush towards you and overwhelm you with their full force. Also, the final Xenologue in the Challenge Pack (Roster Rescue) is now available. Check out the dialogues in this chapter, it's pretty hilarious. There's also Harvest Scramble, the first of map in the Scramble pack (or Bonds DLC in Japan). Some of the dialogues are pretty nice/sweet/funny. |

The EU FE game however, have that bug fixed though. |

There's also a Nowi/Tharja conversation about 'boingy bits', where Nowi talks about Tharja's 'boingy bits' being 'boingy'.

Well, if you think about it in another perspective, covering that area leaves room for imagination (maybe?), and this makes tharja even more sexier (to some people).
So the censorship actually made her even more hotter (to some people). |

Yeah, unless you don't plan to sell your game (like me), then the DLC is optional.
The DLC gives the following: Characters from previous games with new artwork and exclusive skills (not all have exclusive skills) DLC skills (Paragon, Limit Breaker, etc.) DLC class (Dread Fighter for guys and Bride for girls) Level, Gold, and Legendary weapon grinding (as well as support grinding). Challenging maps And an alternate timeline story (of sorts). This post has been edited by Sunnyeong: May 9 2013, 09:37 AM |

QUOTE(eatsleepnDIE @ May 9 2013, 10:18 AM) understood. Quoted from shiningpikablu252 in the Fire Emblem Awakening GameFAQs board:let say if i sold my hardcopy of FE and buy the FE digital from the store, will the dlc shows up on the digital version? or do i need to repurchase it again? 'No, the DLC is stored separately (specifically, under the "Downloadable Content" tab in the Data Management of the System Settings; the tab was known as "Add-On Content" prior to the 5.0 3DS firmware update). Furthermore, DLC is tied to the 3DS system itself, not any particular physical or digital copy of the game, meaning you only need to purchase any particular DLC once for a particular 3DS and you'll be able to use it with multiple physical copies, combine physical and digital copies, or use the DLC again if you have to delete and redownload the digital version. (Just for the record, SpotPass content falls under the "Extra Data" tab in data management. It too is tied to the 3DS system itself...)' Hope that helps. |

Guys!
The final 2 paid DLC maps are out! The Future Past 3, and Apotheosis (aka The Strongest Ones Name in Japan). Also, did you know Awakening was going almost going to be the last Fire Emblem game of the series? Due to the progressive drop of sales of FE games, it was said that if Awakening didn't sell more than 250,000 copies, the series would be gone for good. Thankfully it never happen, and Awakening is very close to being the first FE game to hit 1 million in sales. Personally, I'm a huge fan of Fire Emblem. Hearing this news made me worried on how the series was almost going to be discontinued. Hopefully with the success of the series we can get a new Advance Wars!! |

QUOTE(intothefantasy @ Jun 1 2013, 04:18 PM) just got this game and is awesome and question here regarding the bonus from the wireless...i unlock it and saw alot of bonus in characters, item, map etc...and can i grab all of them? will it effects my game play? since i saw alot of characters got high lvl etc...i am unsure what does the bonus do and did not do anything yet... This is gonna be a bit lengthy...For bonuses you get from Wireless (aka Spotpass), there's a few stuff. The most obvious one are the characters, they're all from the previous Fire Emblem games. The characters doesn't really have much purpose other than summoning them into the world map, in which you can fight them (to recruit the leader), or just pay with gold to recruit them. You could also buy weapons from them (some of which you may not be able to get easily until you've played further chapters). After buying stuff from them, or dismissing them, or defeating/recruiting them, they disappear from the world map, but you can still make them reappear on the map. Whether you wanna summon them it's optional. Also, the benefits of these characters is that they can reclass to any type of class that they can access to of their gender (like the your Avatar). Only downside is they can't support, or get benefits of supporting and pairing up. Next up is the Bonus Items, these are legendary weapons which are hard to get in the game unless you bought the Infinite Regalia DLC. They will be added into your convoy when you select them, but you can have only one of each of the weapons available in the DLC, so use them wisely. The we have the bonus maps. Unlocking them will make them appear on the world map. You can only access them when you're at the last chapter of the game (aka Endgame). Without spoiling much, each map allows you to recruit a character. Lastly, there are challenges, in the form of Double Duels. They are Local Co-Op Play only unfortunately. Overall, these bonus stuff from wireless are optional stuff that may or may not make playing the game more fun. Hope that answers your questions. |

For more growths, It is always better to promote/change class at level 20.
Donnel is a special case though (being a villager class), it is recommended that you change his class once he is level 15 or higher. |

Marrying female avatar (aka FeMU) to Chrom is a really good idea.
Not counting FeMU, Chrom's best pairings from best to worst are: Olivia, Sumia, Maribelle, and Sully. So Sumia is also pretty good when paired with Chrom, just that if you choose not to pair her up with Chrom, she has very limited marriage options (aside from Chrom and MaleMU, she can only marry Frederick, Gaius, and Henry). I guess its up to you since it's quite hard for me to answer that question, seeing that both options have some pros and cons. Also, I think the reason why Chrom and Sumia has very limited pairing options is because their marriage is canonical. If you look at the intro of the game, you can see Chrom and Sumia holding their first child at one point |

While it is impossible for Lucina to inherit Galeforce, she could still get the skill. You need to class change her to the Pegasus Knight/Dark Flier class and grind her to get it.
Also, a personal opinion of mine. Galeforce is one of the most amazing skills in the game as you can grind characters with Galeforce faster and perform hit-and-run tactics to ensure safety of units. However, its usefulness is only limited to the main story and the paralogues. Cuz, in difficult Streetpass duels and some of the very difficult DLC maps like Rogues & Redeemers 3 and Apotheosis that has units with almost maxed out stats, defeating opponents can be quite tricky and difficult, meaning your Galeforce units can't always move twice in a turn. |

For your avatar, training should be easier cuz she get 50% more exp when paired up using the Veteran skill. Lucina on the other hand will take quite a lot of grinding, so unless you're patient or have the dlc easier level grinding then go ahead.
Also, I recommend switching to another class after getting Gale force. Other classes are better in my opinion. |

Yes, the skill will stay with your characters forever. There's an 'Equip Skill' option in the menu, where you can choose which 5 skills you want your characters to have.
Yes, you can grind using the DLC/Spotpass characters. It's optional whether you want to recruit them or not. I tend to recruit only the main lords of the series. Also, for which class to use. From what I've seen, non-mounted units (Swordmasters, Warriors, Assassins, etc.) have better stats than mounted units, at the cost of lack of movement and sometimes flight, but that doesn't mean mounted units are bad, since some are quite good (like Falconknight), and some non-mounted units are not that good (like Trickster). It's all about whether you want to sacrifice slightly better stats for more movement and additional weakness. |

Yup. Useful for getting all the skills you want to make your perfect team. However, grinding too much makes all your units incredibly powerful and making the main story cakewalk (like I did in one of my earlier play through of the game, where my team was so powerful one member alone was enough to solo the final mission).
