Hi guys. I've just gotten the game two days ago and I'm enjoying it a lot. I guess I'm playing the game really slowly, cuz I'm only at Chapter 8 at the moment. Just wondering, should I do Chapter 8 first or Paralogue 3 first?

Before completing chapter 13, I had multiple S support in my team. Then came Chapter 13, which I completed just a while ago. Then suddenly 9 paralogues appeared all at once, some which I can't even access yet

I was playing a Paralogue where you recruit Severa earlier. I paired Virion and Sully together and used Virion with Long Bow to attack an enemy Warrior at the other side of the wall. Then Dual Strike activated and Sully rushed in for the kill. How is that even possible?

Whew! Just completed the game today. Quite enjoyable. I'll most likely replay the game on a higher difficulty cuz level grinding in Normal mode makes everything a whole lot easier. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « I was able to defeat the final boss in one turn with Chrom paired with Sumia. Landed two crits with Exalted Falchion on the boss itself.

I think I'll take things slow a bit. Try Hard first then only try lunatic (if I could even get myself to try it).

QUOTE(Rei7 @ Mar 10 2013, 01:11 AM) Still early in the game.... wondering at what level should you be when the game is about to be over without grinding that much. Just estimating the gameplay time, as i'm busy with SimCity now lol. I tried playing the game without using Reeking Box at all and playing DLC maps only once. The only level grinding I did was with the skirmishes that appear randomly and that was only during early game. I was still able to get my team to almost level 20 promoted before the final battle. Also, by turning off animation this time, I completed the game in 15 hours gameplay time (though I think I can actually complete the game even faster).

QUOTE(kuroneko0509 @ Mar 12 2013, 06:02 AM) nice.... the MU is in what class btw? He's a warrior class. A lot of his units have some of their stats maxed out. Right now I'm playing hard mode and planning my street pass team at the same play through.

QUOTE(malakus @ Mar 21 2013, 10:18 AM) Would be cool if they add in Groom class. Wearing Tuxedo while fighting Barbarian. Classy Super cool. Imagine, Chrom in a suit wielding a Rapier, the most classiest sword there is. I would just explode due to the sheer awesomeness of this when he's paired with his Bride class waifu wielding some classy looking lance (maybe the blessed lance, i dunno)

And I've reclassed Lissa and Cordelia in different save files. Lissa doesn't look as nice as Cordelia in the Bride outfit. QUOTE(tofu9090 @ Mar 22 2013, 12:43 PM) I've just reclassed Lucina as a bride and I feel this wave of *~*proud motherly feels*~* at that sight, lol Oh man, I really wanted to see how Lucina looks like in the bride outfit (but can't cuz I'm training her in all my save files).

Whew! I've just defeated the only Streetpass team that was sent that I could not defeat (which was the first Streetpass team that was sent to me). Even though my team was not up to par with his, I managed to defeat his team of 8-9 (can't remember) with a total of only 4 characters. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « I used Lucina and (F) Morgan, two of my most powerful characters. Both equipped with a forged Brave Lance and Brave Sword Respectively (both also having elixirs, in case). Lucina paired with her husband (My Unit, using a forged Brave Sword and have an elixir), and Morgan paired with the Black Knight from Spotpass cuz I felt like he would help. BK equipped with forged Brave Lance and 4 Elixirs. Used the Gaius' Confect and Kris' Confect on all characters to increase stats temporarily. Then proceed to battle. I actually destroyed his team this time and never even used an elixir at all. Everything went better than expected. Also, Smash Brethren 3 is cool. But I'm thinking of whether to buy the whole Rogues and Redeemers pack or just buy RoR1 for Ephraim (cuz he's the boss!) and RoR 3 for Ike and Limit Break separately.

QUOTE(kuroneko0509 @ Mar 29 2013, 04:57 PM) Oh.. so you can rebattle the streetpass team? I thought can only battle once. No. I was never able to defeat him since his team appeared in my game. So the Streetpass team was just standing there, taunting me. But not anymore.

QUOTE(sakazaki4693 @ Apr 6 2013, 11:19 AM) I've been playing Fire Emblem: Awakening for a while now. Finished the game in Normal/Casual... and now I'm in Hard/Classic. Taking my sweet time though.. I'm gonna make sure no one dies... ahaha~ I'm just stumped by one thing though.. the 'Double Duel' (or something like that), under 'Wireless'. How does it work actually? Can someone enlighten me? And those challenges that you download through spotpass.. it has something to do with the Double Duels, right? Double Duel can be only played locally. Can't play it online unfortunately It's a Co-Op mode where both players pick characters to play something like an Arena battle in older FE games against enemy AI. When the duel is complete, each player gets an item and renown as reward

New DLC out this week! Get Rogues And Redeemers 3 for the Limit Break skill, a really useful skill that increase all stat caps by 10 for a character, so you can make a character really powerful! Also, from Series 2 DLC, Death Embrace, the first of three Challenge Pack maps. In Spotpass news, there's a new Paralogue that lets you unlock » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Averssa

QUOTE(kuroneko0509 @ Apr 12 2013, 10:59 PM) When the Bonds DLC will come Still dunno, cuz there's no trailer for Series 2 DLC yet. Some people are saying it might be out in the summer cuz, you know, one of the map is called Summer of Bonds. But yeah, waiting impatiently for the Bonds DLC.
