i meant using my sister hp also cant,her hp also chargers and dont enter mass storage mode when using the usb.i dont think the usb is broken since both the phone charges and the indication that mass storage activate are there only when i go to "my computer" our device arent shown.we are using the same usb since she lost hers.her hp also have the same usb port as the my s2

also i'm on paranoid 4.1 and using non-g

but kies comes with the samsung driver right?so i install it to have my s2 be reconized again in my computer but again no effect.hmm..do we need to buy the original usb by samsung or can use any usb tha have the same usb port to usewith s2?since maybe..maybe the usb is faulty

HELP! Battery going haywire these days... yesterday charged till 88% and went to sleep.. today morning around 20%.. wifi bluetooth gps all off, even the awake bar doesn't get filled.. so not wakelock issue? nothing running on background also as i closed all active applications and cleared memory before sleep..



The zigzag is because i charged my phone before going out from house, now reached office low batt again..

yeah rooted, never change rom for half a year edi using checkrom v6

On a different topic, i know custom roms are personal preference, but what's the most popular ICS rom in s2 forum now? (like last time towards the end of GB, most forumers here are either checkrom or turkbey..)
a quick check on xda forum show so many ics roms till headache..

there is an app at google playor just google it..there is two method one without the app and second with the app
witout app you just charge the phone until full or 100% and take out the battery,wait for at least 15-20min,and put it back on again,check the battery if it drop if its drop..charge again until 100% and do it until yoour battery when you put it in back is 100%-98% or dont have much power drop.that one i use..but better you google it.

guys back to GB , which modem is recommended ?

i dont think s2 support ms pro duo.

hope is not that but only usb faulty since my sister aslo have trouble when using that usb..but theprob is why it said it can got mass storage and charges when using the usb but not found by the pc
